There is no Russian city called Leningrad anymore, but apparently no one bothered to tell Donald Trump.

How can you tell if someone that dumb has dementia?

[–] GladiusB@lemmy.world 1 points 10 hours ago

They forget they are dumb

[–] selkiesidhe@sh.itjust.works 45 points 1 day ago (1 children)

But no concern about him being a rapist and a pedophile and GIVING ALASKA TO RUSSIA???

[–] t_chalco@lemmy.world 7 points 1 day ago

Resident. Just let it happen. I don't know how folks would actually respond.

[–] Plum@lemmy.world 190 points 1 day ago (4 children)

.......... sparks?

I hate it here. Fucker has been riddled with syphilis and shitting himself since the 1980s and we allowed him to take the presidency twice.

[–] TrojanRoomCoffeePot@lemmy.world 42 points 1 day ago (1 children)

Don't forget the child rapes.

[–] Plum@lemmy.world 41 points 1 day ago (1 children)

I won't shut up about it.

I had to explain to my father that, because of the wording of the new york penal code, the only reason that trump isn't a convicted rapist is that the defendant could not assert on the stand whether Donald Trump penetrated her with his penis or his finger. Digital rape is a sexual assault charge. Rape needs a penis.

[–] Serinus@lemmy.world 13 points 1 day ago

I wonder why she couldn't tell the difference. South Park again more on point than expected.

[–] Eh_I@lemmy.world 29 points 1 day ago

Smoldering dementia

Bush fire dementia

[–] snekerpimp@lemmy.world 18 points 1 day ago (1 children)

That evidently resonates with republican voters

[–] Quill7513@slrpnk.net 16 points 1 day ago (1 children)

he speaks to their cognitive ability

[–] CharlesDarwin@lemmy.world 8 points 1 day ago (1 children)

"Act like a dumbshit and they'll treat you like an equal."

The cons really took that quote from JR "Bob" Dobbs to heart...

[–] stringere@sh.itjust.works 2 points 1 day ago

They lack the slack for that.

[–] paraphrand@lemmy.world 9 points 1 day ago* (last edited 1 day ago) (3 children)

Are there citations for this? I’m genuinely asking, for context and so I can feel comfortable repeating it.

Edit: I don’t understand why this deserves a downvote. Im not defending Trump. I’m not trolling. I legit wanna hear stories about Trump shitting himself and the signs he has syphilis.

[–] Plum@lemmy.world 2 points 22 hours ago

The poop thing I'll have to find the article. The syphilis is bold speculation from me and me alone.

During his campaign last year, Trump thought that Johnny Carson was still alive and available to take back the Tonight Show.

Not a peep from the media or even Lemmy. It was, "Biden senile."

[–] neoman4426@fedia.io 41 points 1 day ago (3 children)

He thinks Hannibal Lecter is real, dead, and a fan of his. He's obviously fictional, neither the character in any media he's been portrayed in or any of the actors who portrayed him have died, and the character's second most well known trait (you know, after the whole cannibal thing) is his absolute disdain for rude, vulgar people, and none of the actors have displayed a fondness for Donald either. His closing message before the election was about how much he loved deceased golfer Arnold Palmer's apparently enormous dick.

[–] AngryRobot@lemmy.world 27 points 1 day ago

He kept bringing up Hannibal Lector because he doesnt know the difference between an insane asylum and political asylum.

[–] bear@lemmy.blahaj.zone 14 points 1 day ago (1 children)

His campaign really fell apart there near the end. It was way worse than pretty much everyone realizes. He would just abruptly quit ranting and start dancing to the same song repeatedly.

[–] samus12345@sh.itjust.works 4 points 1 day ago (1 children)

And it ended up not mattering even a little bit.

[–] anomnom@sh.itjust.works 4 points 18 hours ago (1 children)

Which makes me constantly switch between wonder if the voting was really legit, and how dumb this electorate is. Both are depressing and make me want to flee the US.

[–] samus12345@sh.itjust.works 1 points 16 hours ago* (last edited 16 hours ago) (1 children)

I don't doubt that there was some shenanigans, but the defeat was so total and immediate in all the battleground states I question whether they could have rigged it THAT well. I was expecting a months-long slugfest.

[–] lonefighter@sh.itjust.works 1 points 13 hours ago (1 children)

Oh they "rigged" it, but they did it very openly. Elon Musk went to all the key states and bribed voters with his checks and his lottery and it was all ruled completely legal because technically anyone could sign up even though it was very obviously set up to pay off people to vote for Trump.

[–] samus12345@sh.itjust.works 1 points 10 hours ago

But was it enough to make a difference, or would he have won anyway? I dunno.

[–] Auli@lemmy.ca 2 points 1 day ago

That is what I don't get big Biden fud anybody that he would have been crucified, but Trump not a peap.

[–] cmoney@lemmy.world 67 points 1 day ago (3 children)

The president's age was all the news could talk about until Biden dropped out. Suddenly it wasn't a problem anymore.

[–] PhilipTheBucket@piefed.social 17 points 1 day ago

Also! Inflation and whether or not it was the president's fault, and all the Palestine protests and how Democrats (only Democrats) were facing a lot of heat for their support of Israel. Almost as if our media is corrupted by partisan influences that are trying to mislead and influence people, and it works shockingly well.

Child rapist has Alzheimer's... duh.

Motherfucker should be removed from office. Between bootlickers & insanely spineless politicians it'll never happen.

[–] Rivalarrival@lemmy.today 39 points 1 day ago

~~Motherfucker~~ Daughterfucker should be removed from office.

FTFY.

Release the Trump/Epstein Files, or just eject the Pedophile in Chief from the whitehouse.

Why are we using not having dementia as the intellectual benchmark for someone to lead a country. Dude can’t read or do basic maths let alone understand more complex economics or geopolitics.

Even when he fails the dementia test we will resort to simply checking for a pulse, and I bet once he dies it will be covered up for as long as possible.

[–] Zombiepirate@lemmy.world 11 points 1 day ago (1 children)

You know, I wonder how far they'll take medical technicalities in the future. Could they keep the current SCOTUS on the bench for 200 years as a morbid ship of Theseus because it's a lifetime appointment? Just replace their organs with machinery as they fail?

What if Roberts' brain-in-a-jar occasionally drifted into sentience just to mouthlessly scream about how disappointed he is that nobody respects the court anymore? It would at least make me feel a little better.

Not surprising. Anyways, release the Epstein files you old demented child fucker.

[–] FreshParsnip@lemmy.ca 20 points 1 day ago (1 children)

I've been "concerned" about his mental health since 2015

[–] ininewcrow@lemmy.ca 14 points 1 day ago (1 children)

I was never concerned ..... I always knew he was an idiot ... now, not only is he an idiot .. he's an old demented idiot

And the best part is ... the best and brightest of America decided he was the man for the top job!

[–] VeryVito@lemmy.ml 10 points 1 day ago

No, “the best and brightest” just make up a much smaller percentage of the electorate than was necessary.

At this point I’m also not convinced the convicted fraudster and his white-supremacist gang of ghouls simply flat-out rigged the election while the “both sides” folks tried hard not to notice.

[–] BigMacHole@sopuli.xyz 16 points 1 day ago

LoL Stupid LIBTarDs! I DIDNT care when he RAPED CHILDREN ON EPSTEIN ISLAND so WHY would I care when he HAS DIMINTIA!

-Republicans who made fun of Biden's Dementia!

[–] don@lemmy.ca 13 points 1 day ago

A White House spokesperson wrote the following statement, in part: “Joe Biden started this brutal war, and President Trump is trying to stop the killing.”

No, Dementia Donnie is standing in the nearby carwash wrapped in tissue paper trying to play checkers with a rubber chicken as one of play pieces.

When he talked about prisons he was going on about Alcatraz and sing sing, like were in the days of the shawshank redemption or something

[–] marsza@lemmy.cafe 7 points 1 day ago

Was it “the Cold War never ended,” because that’s actually true 🤣
