Starve, drown, freeze to death and get eaten by predators.

[–] dylanmorgan@slrpnk.net 10 points 1 month ago

Every predator would stay away from this frog who is clearly out of its mind.

The most important metric of a nation's success.

[–] billwashere@lemmy.world 23 points 1 month ago

This took me way longer to get than it really should have.

[–] SPRUNT@lemmy.world 21 points 1 month ago

Anything but metric...

[–] MudMan@fedia.io 10 points 1 month ago

That punchline took a longer walk than the frog.

[–] Mongostein@lemmy.ca 9 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Is ten feet per hop realistic? What kind of frog are we talking about?

[–] WhyIHateTheInternet@lemmy.world 8 points 1 month ago (1 children)

More realistic than a frog leaping across the ocean I think.

[–] Mongostein@lemmy.ca 5 points 1 month ago (1 children)

Perhaps with strategically placed Lilly pads…

[–] icelimit@lemmy.ml 3 points 1 month ago

10 feet (3 meters) per hop?

Looked up that Rana dalmatina (known for its long and high jumps) can do jumps up to two meters in length.

[–] icelimit@lemmy.ml 1 points 1 month ago

Do animals also get better at something if they do it a million times? Maybe after getting to middle east its hops are longer?

Someone needs to recalculate with some growth exponents.
