It‘s a trap! When you stop drinking coffee you likely can‘t reliably shit anymore each morning and have to go somewhere that isn‘t home [shudders]
I get instantly exhausted from caffeine since some time so I stopped consuming anyway

The spice must flow!
Me normally: has one excellent shit first thing every morning
Me after coffee: yeah its gonna be 3 or 4 trips
wdym "excellent shit"?
does shit have quality values now?
Just like... zero effort, satisfying, wipes clean. A pleasant shit.
I used to be a raging alcoholic so I appreciate it when my body functions normally, what can I say
I can definitely think of an unpleasant shit, so...yes?
Bristol sool scale. I like scale 3 or 4 poops the most.
An excellent shit would be quick, easy, with a clean wipe.
The opposite would be explosive, painful, and messy. Hope this helps.
normally i poop every 3 days, but with enough coffee i can poop almost every day
What do they put in that stuff!??
it's the strength of coffee. you're using too much.
I have a single cup drip maker. I used to put 3-4 spoonfuls in the filter. always shit myself, every day.
I had to cut back for health reasons, and now I use a single spoonful. no more forceful poops. you get used to losing some richness, but it does come back as you drink more over time.
