it's still weird, and this guy hits a lot of nails on the head around grievance politics.

They miss how there were russian psyops sitting in the wings waiting to fold this into a rw nationalist campaign, and how in it's earliest formations, the dep veil of irony was used to mask fiction and reality such that it becomes only evident in the mind of the viewer.

Look at the begining of brexit and catelonia independence. Study how Russia caused those things to happen. Canada and the truckers convoy. Etc etc etc.

There is one war happening right now.

The whole statement of, "for some reason, the most extreme views get pushed" was kind of interesting to me. The reason is engagement. We know that.

I have to say the whole gamer gate thing made me realize I'm too old for this shit and I have no idea what the hell is going on on the internet anymore. I still don't really understand what the fuck happened. Because every time it's brought up, it gets brought into this weird huge discussion like this video.
