Yes, but you also have better odds being struck by lightning on a clear day twice then to win this.

On the other hand someone has to win why not us.

I still think it's rigged. I noticed by watching some people who have won or where. I seen a lot winners of people who didn't even need the money. I think they prioritize the winning numbers in wealthy areas.

Those who say numbers are random sorry but they are not. Knew a guy work for the lottery in Texas he says they don't allow winners unless they earn double jackpot. I asked how he says the numbers look like they are coming from the ball but they are preloaded.

They do control if it pays or not. Now that was in 2002 and he worked only for the Texas lottery not the powerball, but I still have no doubts that the state has some control over the outcome.

But people do win. Just note if you do don't go public get an attorney and collect the money that way. Also if your the sole winner. Give a lot of it away. 10 million is more than enough to live happily on. Use the rest to help people in need. Dont be greedy.
