The New York Times, citing a statement from Mueller's family and people close to him, reported Sunday night that Mueller had been diagnosed with Parkinson's disease in the summer of 2021 and has had difficulty speaking.

That's a shame, but I'm sure Trump is just fine with less news being generated on the topic by not having Mueller testify.

Mueller said in his report that he wasn't allowed to prosecute Trump, but specifically said Trump wasn't innocent of obstruction, and laid out multiple cases where he had committed the crime and directly said it was the duty of the legislature to impeach people who do what Trump did.

When he was asked in Congressional testimony if he'd have brought charges if Trump weren't the sitting President, he said "Yes."

Just because Barr lied about what the report said before it was released doesn't mean Mueller didn't do his job.
