Imagine waking up one day and saying to your makeup artist "I'll take the cheeto look please!"

More on topic, I can't EVER imagine the republicans open sourcing anything the government has made. There's not a lot of money in open source, or so it would seem.

To be fair the present verb and past simple suggests the history of the subject is not neglected in the statement as compared to "isn't run" which is exclusive to the present.
