I don't care if a game is hard. I care about if it's frustrating. And the most frustrating thing to me about the game is, that virtually everything deals double damage. This, to me, feels cheap. I don't dislike hard games. I got 112% + P5 in Hollow Knight, I got a 100% in Nine Sols... I really enjoyed the fight against

What you said!
And what I especially hate in Silksong are those attacks that deal 1 damage to you and stunlock you and then deal the 2. damage 3 seconds later.
... Just give me 2 damage immediately and not let me struggle in vain.
I think it would be fine, if you could somehow avoid the second hit. With a timed dash or counter or something. Instead you're just locked in place. Or maybe you can and I just haven't figured it out yet.
It has been 14 years since Dark Souls and yet, the holy words still stand.
Git gud.
Not enough SHAW!

The final boss
lots of act 2 spoilers
That was quite possibly the easiest boss fight in the entire game. All the attacks were super slow. Surely anyone who was able to beat Lace 2.0 could have handled a final boss twice as fast as what we ended up with. For what it's worth the final boss in Hollow Knight was also very easy. No doubt there will also be some super hard true final boss so it doesn't bother me much.

So like... surely there's an act 3 and stuff, the credits was so unsatisfying and we don't even get a percentage at the end? But yeah, Grand Mother Silk was like a third try for me while Lace 2 took like over an hour
Yeah. The number of people complaining about the lack of in game currency (like they forgot about how people complained about it in the original game) is kind of crazy to me.
I use cheats in silksong because I enjoy the game besides the gameplay. It wouldn't be that hard to implement some accessibility features so more people can enjoy the story, the graphics, and just the rest for the game.
Not everyone has the physical or mental abilities to play these types of games.
There's lots of games out there with difficulty sliders in games.
Silksong is fantastic story and game but gatekeeping it to people who can actually do those types of gameplay is bullshit.
