Lots to unpack there, the kid is 13 and has been out of school since 2021 which either means homeschool or out of school since he was 9?!? The multiple guns, mags, and writing are obviously horrifying but I sure sounds like something has been going on for a while.

This fucking country. How the fuck does a 13 year old have a collection of guns and magazines with ‘school shooter writing’ on them. That would imply ‘ownership’ and not just parents being irresponsible with their own guns.
