The liquid glass theme doesn't feel as abrasive as it used to originally, but i still just like the previous one way more. Been on the beta for a month or so now

I honestly prefer googles new ui right now. Liquid Glass on Mac feels decent though.

Agreed. I’ve been on it a little longer, and while it’s been noticeably refined, I’m just not a fan. To me, it kind of already looks dated.

Been waiting for Frutiger Aero to make a comeback so this is a nice step towards it.

I know I should be obnoxious and hateful since we are on Lemmy but I can’t help it. I’m excited.

This cycle has been brutal. There are too many issues. They have flat out refuse to address and they’re ready to ship?

Is there a way to not use the glass theme? This might be the thing that pushes me back to Android. I’ll give it a shot when it releases but from all the images and videos I’ve seen it looks ugly as all sin.

You can enable transparent icons if you want, but there’s no way to fix poor taste, unfortunately

If you reduce transparency, it becomes frosted. Maybe you'll like it more this way
