I had an autopilot failure on the way home. Went straight when I normally turn and suddenly realised I was at an intersection I'd never seen before. My sense of direction was still good though as I turned the right way, but it was a bit disorienting.
I drove home to a place I hadn't lived at for 5 years after a run of night shifts. Decided right about then that night shift wasn't my thing.
Recently I was so tired that I mixed up tubes and applied Melbcatโs toothpaste to her nose instead of her sunscreen
Boyo once applied toothpaste to this face instead of sunscreen. It was all over his face and beard before he noticed. I absolutely howled laughing and took a picture (with permission).

Good news. I found videos demonstrating wet on wet with acrylic. Bad news. The guy was basically doing much the same as I did with similar results.
