They should have released that during the 3DS era. Or at least during the 2-3 months where they sold the cardboard VR LABO attachment.

In case you haven’t seen it, there’s a VB emulator for 3DS and it’s awesome!

I've used it. It's amazing. Wario Land was so much fun! I had never played it.

It's so damn easy to hack a 3DS, too.

One of the best features is customizing the color and choosing something less headache inducing than red.

Indeed.

You can run vrboy with cfw on the 3ds and it works great.

These absolute madmen are selling the Virtual Boy again. Reminds me of that time when Morbius got a second run in theaters. If you can play the games without the accessory it's fine, but that thing flopped for a reason!

but that thing flopped for a reason!

And the games were not that reason.

Well the super small library of games sure didn’t help…

But the games that were released are very well made (Nintendo and third party) and some even pushed the hardware in ways you usually didn’t see until several years into a console’s life cycle.

Officially being allowed to play these games without that damned headset will give a lot of these titles a second following.

Can you play it without the headset? I wasn’t clear on that from the announcement.

This is a pleasant surprise, but I don't think it is worth subscribing to the expansion pack.
