Watched a legal eagle video on it. You can't write laws as a state that conflicts with the federal government, so all the SS need to do is say wearing masks is protocol for safety (which is true as of rn) if they go in front of a judge and they're absolved. Nothing will come of the law unfortunately.

But CA could still enforce it, although it would be expensive. Just keep throwing the masked people in jail. The judge can eventually release them once they determine they are actually federal agents. Then just play the whole thing over again until it's impossible to do their jobs.

As this administration proves, you don't have to win in court to accomplish your objectives.

This is where I'm at, too. If you're federal LE, rolling around in plain clothes with no ID, go to jail and prove you aren't a criminal. The whole point of the badge is proof you're legitimate.
