Not sure if anyone else is like this but I always find some random healthy thing to start doing for a little bit sometimes it sticks sometimes it doesn't.

Right now I'm eating oatmeal every morning and I've been eating a lot of black beans and doing a lifting program. Going to attempt to start jogging.

Usually when I buy groceries, I'll buy a snack to eat on the way home. A packet of crisps, a chocolate bar, something like that. I got tired of chocolate and crisps, so now my snack is a piece of fruit. Cheaper, healthier, tastier. It's a simple thing but it makes a big difference.

Added flax seeds to oats. Normally eat yoghurt or skyr with oats and sometimes other things like nuts, Bberries, fries fruit, and flax seeds seemed like a real simple addition that's good for the gut.
