I know that 'Home' is the feed for all of your subs. But how do you just see a list so you can visit an individual sub?

You should ask over at !voyagerapp@lemmy.world (they've renamed). But actually I do know the answer. Hit "posts" bottom left a few times.

On iOS when on the home feed you can select the “back” button from the top-left labeled Communities. You’ll end up on a list of your subscribed communities (after the three default options).
