I'm not saying that the article is wrong. I'm saying that people form their initial ideas about a situation based on their first impression, and that even with a willing listener who is willing to change their mind, it's harder for any subsequent information to make an impression. By posting content from a source with known biases that deals in propaganda, you both shittify the content and legitimize the source.
No, this is on me. I can't remember if I even read the article. It's just the things she's said and done since I was a teenager. She's been a senator for a very long time.

Based on the title, it sounds like her response was Trump-like and it's disheartening.
She's been in politics too long. Remember when she whined about how politicians are people too. So it's perfectly fine to use classified information that only members of Congress have to trade stocks. Like insider trading, but it's OK because She's a politician.

It sounds Trump like because they are all the same. She was all about 'resist' during Trump while giving him everything he asked for.
It should be a red flag that only one news source is reporting it.

This has not been picked up by any reputable sources. Mostly because I don't believe it just happened. According to Code Pink, who organized the protest being filmed, this event happened in October, and the protester who the comment was directed to is on Day 8 of a fast, which probably means this event did not happen yesterday. Though this is also very heavily biased reporting.
The daily wire is reposting it as news to drum up ire and views. It should still be a red flag when only one source is posting something, and it should prompt you to dig a little deeper.
That said, it seems pretty likely that this is something she really said a few months ago, and that mixed with her recent interviews where she blames Russia... It's not great.
