That's from passenger auto registration, I wonder what the rate is for commercial vehicles there. That market seems to be developing much more slowly but my perspective is from far away from Norway.
From what I've noticed while on commutes is that most commersial stuff is electric. Busses, company vehicles and other transportation has switched to electric, but long haul trucks have not. I assume that's because of the energy density of diesel for stuff like transportation of heavy products.
Electrical vans (commercial) seems to be at 40%, according to https://kommunikasjon.ntb.no/pressemelding/17965806/elvarebilsalget-slar-alle-rekorder-enova-runder-av-stotten?publisherId=17848299&lang=no
Do they use large transport trucks like are common in the US or is that freight moved more by rail?
There are trucks, they look a little bit different though: https://nodum.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/01/lraa.jpg
