What a sad day for the world of running and the world in general! He had so much potential ahead of him. Holding the world record marathon and being only 24! I’d have loved to see what greatness he would have achieved. RIP

Fuck this is tragic. Dude had the potential to be the first person to break the 2 hour mark under official conditions. Regardless, so much potential cut tragically short by cars.

If you include both car crashes and deaths from all the pollution cars cause (air pollution, micro plastics, their production, etc) I wonder how many millions of people they kill every year.
