Cannot sub from kbin (rabbitea.rs)

It looks like this instance and communities are undiscoverable from kbin. I've seen mention of this before - when android moved from lemmy.world to lemdro.id it had the same problem. Unfortunately I can't find the announcement post with the comment in. Can this be fixed please?

I'd love to, though I'm unsure how, I myself cannot subscribe to Kbin communities. I'll try looking into what might be the cause.
