Not really no, people get injured trying to save the person or when the person spreads the fire

Lol , as non American I didn't know about this bureau including alcohol and tobacco.
What an interesting mix of stuff. I mean I had heard of the ATF, but usually related with explosives and firearms which are two things that make sense to be together in a bureau, but I didn't know and didn't bother to check what the letters in the name came from.
