Anybody else have consistently awful experiences with them? They used to be good maybe 10 years ago but since then, every experience I've had with them from mobile to home Internet has just been fucking terrible!

They were fine until they merged with Sprint. Sprint ruins everything it touches. That merger should never have been approved.

But then we would not have n41. Sure it comes with its issues, but damn has it been good for the overall network.

No, they sucked even before then but I would agree they're worse post-merger.

Now...makes me want to run. But oddly enough T-Mobile has the best coverage in my area :/

Actually, no. They have been able to fix my problems quickly the few times i have needed them. Then again though i have never had any customer service close to what Ting offered.
