Thankfully didn't lose power, but our sump pump has been going off practically nonstop. Our house is on relatively high ground, but even so our yard was thoroughly soaked even yesterday. Best of luck to folks, it might be rough.
Power's still on, remarkably. Last storm we lost power for three days.
We got a LOT of rain but managed to miss the high winds. Which is wild considering that a tornado touched down less than 10mi from here.
No damage to my house or yard other than I think our deck fan is dead. But I hear two of my cousins lost cars to falling trees.
At my high school, there are a few cars that went swimming in a large puddle near the entrance. You never think you’re gonna get stuck until it happens.
Power is still out, but with the generator running we've got most of what we usually have, including wifi.
Relatives didn't fare so well: both sump pumps failed, one due to age and the other due to a ton of sand that washed in. They had a high water mark of a couple of inches through the whole basement.
