Nothing wrong with a proper scream every now and then. Venting is a healthy practise.
Venting is healthy if it helps you act to fix the mess. Or I guess if you vent about distressing things that are truly beyond your control.
Venting in order to calm down about things you could actually fix, can lead to not fixing them if done poorly. And that's not a good thing.
