RIF used to have a box that popped up when you clicked a link. It let you copy the link or navigate to it. It allowed you to view the full URL too.

Voyager just sends me there.

You can imagine esp with what's going on here that just navigating somewhere is pretty dangerous. I want a gatekeeper like RIF used to have.

This is especially important because I don't always realize that a thumbnail is a link and not an image. And with news sites, I want to first check the URL to see if it's a tabloid. I don't want to give clickbait clicks before I know.

On Apollo I think long press popped a preview. Something to allow knowing where it’s taking before committing the entire screen to it is ideal, but I think this should be some configurable option.
