IDK, tried it once, was way too hot and I couldn't breathe properly... nope, this is not for me.

For me it's the contrast by then dropping ice on the back of my neck after it or going into a cold water bath. You also need to do that a few times in a row and you end up so relaxed and fresh feeling.
