Interesting video from a lawyer, explaining the whole drama between Nintendo, Dolphin and Valve. It explains a lot of the current legal precedent really well, as well as how Nintendo and their lawyers crafted the cease and desist letter to Valve.

Interesting, there should be an argument made that old games and technology isnt readily available therefore Nintendo or others arnt actually loosing money on games they no longer produce. I would buy older games but unfortunately my snes is dying and im tired of fixing it, save state batteries are dead in games, and the price of the games has became ridiculous.

The video did mention something about public domain roms being legal but that puts a rom into public domain?
