Methinks your printer needs some real tuning, unless the model itself was funny.
That said, I think it looks REALLY cool exactly how it is. I really love the purple and am always a fan of shiny filaments! Looove it!

I'm assuming that's a "draft" resolution to get a general idea rather than the fine/longer-print version
Really cool design but I would go with a higher resolution, maybe tune your hot end a little better. Can you share the file? I'd love to print this for the guys at my dispensary. They're huge into DnD.
Looks neat. The color and how it catches light is fun.
Would paint leach in between layers?
@zhunk Acrylic paint is water based so it shouldn't even adhere really. I just printed it yesterday and haven't painted a lot so I'm unsure.
I printed a little painting palette once that absorbed acrylic paint the first time I used it. I didn't try to do any kind of sealer or epoxy or anything, though, so you might have better luck with that? Or maybe ABS with acetone smoothing?
