Let's not forget you can edit your html and fake things like this.

This one is hard to believe.

[-] Daxtron2@startrek.website 15 points 5 months ago

Not using google also bypasses it.

[-] Tja@programming.dev 5 points 5 months ago

Not using electricity also bypasses it

[-] MeowZedong@lemmygrad.ml 2 points 5 months ago

Not using a computer also bypasses it.

For the future, to avoid pedants you can say the URL instead.

[-] tgxn@lemmy.tgxn.net 7 points 5 months ago

If you use DuckDuckGo, that's another easy bypass :d

[-] cloudless@lemmy.cafe 54 points 5 months ago

Looks like Google AI overview has turned into a meme template.

[-] bobotron@lemm.ee 33 points 5 months ago

I mean, this one isn't a hallucination

[-] Gullible@sh.itjust.works 11 points 5 months ago

Bullshit, if that were the case, vagina-possessing astronauts would need to be examined for their propensity for squirting via physical stimulation, lest the craft be inundated with fluids. Could you imagine a bookish man with soft hands and azure eyes leaning toward you while lifting their glasses and calmly, firmly, requesting that you climax at your secondary interview? The chair crinkles lightly as you squirm, the seam voicing your excitement and discomfort all at once. All you can do is ask “will you be there?” And they sit back and smile just a touch more.

Could you imagine?

Keep going I'm almost there

Honestly it doesn't even seem computer generated. This reads like what an edgy 14yr old would say.

[-] FiskFisk33@startrek.website 14 points 5 months ago

well, it's probably paraphrased from reddit or somesuch, it's done similar before.

[-] ThatWeirdGuy1001@lemmy.world 5 points 5 months ago

See I knew the "ai" was trained using reddit but to have damn near 1 to 1 outputs is fuckin wild.

[-] FiskFisk33@startrek.website 4 points 5 months ago

I couldn't agree more!

[-] marcos@lemmy.world 5 points 5 months ago

And... This makes it different from the other cases we are certain Google generated? How so?

(But yeah, most of those running around are certainly fake. I just wouldn't be quick to point at any one in particular. It probably is fake, there is no way to be certain, and it makes no difference anyway.)

[-] ThatWeirdGuy1001@lemmy.world 1 points 5 months ago* (last edited 5 months ago)

I guess I should have extrapolated a bit.

It was a jab at how a lot of these "ai generated" posts were found to actually just be outsourced. It was literally a human clickety clacking away on a keyboard that wrote a lot of responses.

Wouldn't surprise me if some of those people just happened to be edgy teenagers

[-] ChicoSuave@lemmy.world 7 points 5 months ago

These are the search results I'm looking for.

[-] Sam_Bass@lemmy.world 6 points 5 months ago
