You can't know for sure given only this footage. But drones don't exactly have great armor. So detonating something so close makes a kill very likely.

It rammed the drone and the signal was lost. At minimum this would screw up the observation drone, even if the attacking drone wasn't equipped with an explosive charge.

There is no visible contact in the video and the description says "remotely detonated". Don't get me wrong, I hope they down all of them. I was just wondering.
