For now at least, they are only talking about blocking teslas bound for Sweden ensuring that Tesla can’t get around the problem with importing via Norway. So far there isn’t any talk about blocking cars sold to Norwegians, so it shouldn’t have any direct impact on teslas sold there.

The DPA has announced the temporary ban on their own website: https://www.datatilsynet.no/aktuelt/aktuelle-nyheter-2023/midlertidig-forbud-mot-adferdsbasert-markedsforing-pa-facebook-og-instagram/ The justification for the ban seems to be the new decision at the ECJ.

Would be interesting to be a fly on the wall in the coming meetings at EDPB.

Saken har tidligere vært en del diskutert på r/Norge.

Godt at Riksadvokaten har kommet frem til at det ikke var straffbart å henge opp plakatene.

Statsadvokaten besluttet i mars å henlegge saken om de fiktive etterlyst-plakatene som var hengt opp i Oslo sentrum. Nå har riksadvokaten avslått klagen fra de fornærmede, men endret koden fra bevisets stilling til intet straffbart forhold.
