They looked at Bolsonaro's economical, sanitary, environmental, institutional disaster in Brazil and thought, yeah, that's what we want.

I mean, technically Lula was not acquitted, he was just never convicted in the first place - due to that whole not having a fair trail thing, which is amazing that there are people who treat that like it's nothing.
