From this angle, that looks like a DL380 G5. It's not worth buying parts for. But if you must ... EBAY, of course.

Decent plex host, but you'll hear it, and your power bill may sting a little because of it. Also, tanscoding won't be great, consider a GPU if compatible.

If all you have is the serial number of the disk that is failing ... you'd better know what slot it's in before you go pulling disks for replacement.
