Isn’t it up to you to find that out before choosing an instance? It’s not a bad idea, but instance owners are already doing a lot of unpaid work - it doesn’t feel right to start making demands.
Maybe you could build a simple website that allistic instances and allows owners/users to post info on them. Seems a fairly simple project.
Isn’t this your employer’s problem? From your description, it sounds like you’ve collectively isolated Lutz from causing problems for you guys. Has your supervisor asked your opinion?

But we’re all lowly plebe. That’s sorta the point of the constitution. The people pushing the idea that money or your job makes you more important are full of crap. The only thing it implies is that all of us should be well-informed, but equality is the whole reason for the constitution

If you’re looking to make a game, focus on game engines. There’s a bunch to choose from, but there’s 2 main ones: Unreal and Unity. Of the two, I’d say Unity is more beginner-friendly, with tons of resources and a huge community. You can use Unity to build anything from 2d sides scrollers on the web to full-blown networked FPS games running on consoles.
Pretty sure the gaming community is where enshittification started. It’s an incredibly toxic community.
