Never seen a M100 notation before. Didn't even consider that this position could be winning for black. On the one hand I'm intrigued to learn to mate with 2N va. K+P, on the other hand it seems pretty useless...

If the queen leaves the backrank, you can take the bishop with checkmate: Rd2 - Qxe4 - Rxd8# :)

Correct, avoiding the stalemate trap and opening the door for the rook on a3 to swing over and deliver mate with a beautiful sacrifice.
