Remembering the media hysteria after Bernie won Nevada's caucus followed by the relentless promotion and support given to Biden after he won SC with Clyburn's help. You could feel their collective sense of relief from cable tv heads that their taxes weren't going to go up transmit from the tv into your soul. They were laughing at us.

Lying for sales. Which we normally would just call fraud. Worse yet, they were misrepresenting themselves as people who were genuinely needy and cashing in on that. Wish we'd see more of this kind of sentencing in the USA.

I canceled Prime in 2021. The expedited shipping is nice and all but it really just felt like paying rent to someone I don't like nor want or have to pay rent to.

New protected classes just dropped: fascists and landlords.

I think that would be nice but I think it would also raise a lot of eyebrows if Mozilla unilaterally decided to parental control your access to the Internet. It's governance that's the issue. Consider this https://www.cnn.com/2018/05/14/politics/sports-betting-ncaa-supreme-court/index.html

Did I miss it in the article? I cannot determine what the attack vector is. Am I downloading a malicious file? Am I running an insecure publicly facing service?

Really took me out of the movie that none of the characters were alarmed by this line of dialogue.

Remember when Elon pretended to care about this and tweeted at the UN about how he'd give billions if they could produce a report showing how they could use $6 billion to help alleviate world hunger problems? And then he didn't do anything except self-deal?

I use Fish shell and while it is pretty nice on its own, the fact that it is non-standard does cause problems. Many times you will search for something online and you'll find nice bash results, which either you will have to execute directly in bash or modify to work correctly in Fish.

I don't think all of Fish's design choices are the best, either. But for an OOTB experience, it is nicer than either Bash or Zsh.

Also take care to not get your democratically elected prime minister couped by monarchist-supporting western powers, where the monarch himself is so bad that he gets deposed by a popular multi-front revolution.

Unfortunately after the revolution the theocratic elements reigned supreme and destroyed or sidelined many of the other groups.
