Been using LibreWolf for a few months and before that just regular Firefox with the ArkenFox user.js.
Basically the exact same experience just with the peace of mind I won't end up with some weird Ai crap after an update.

Can you remember the last version that worked for you? A quick workaround could be downloading an older build off the github.
Still this is extremely disappointing and hopefully someone forks it.
Half my family just email whatever they want printing to my Dad and he prints it at his workplace.
We've owned multiple printers over the years but 8/10 no matter what device you used, The printer just didn't work. The "Dad strategy" has never failed.
Funnily Metallica was the first thing 11yo me pirated after some older student told me about uTorrent/PirateBay.
Same guy also sent me some Slayer and Entombed over bluetooth. Hope he's doing good these days.
Rules for thee but not for me
Not only that but the original mixes of albums often don't get put on streaming platforms because of licensing bullshit or whatever.
And especially for rock and metal the newer remasters of popular albums tend to be pretty bad and overly compressed or have weird post EQ added.
I dunno if LibreWolf has this pop up, But I've also never even seen this screen in over a decade of using regular Firefox either.
Easiest solution would probably be adding the meta refresh setting to a custom user.js file you can use on new installs.
I only recently start using it after also being a browser email user all my life.
Kinda wondering what took me so long Thunderbird is great! don't have to relearn questionable Ui between different email providers or re-login to check two mailboxes on the same provider.
Only annoying thing is not supporting ProtonMail out of the box.
I haven't booted into my windows 10 drive in months, I fear the amount of updates it will force apon me if I accidentally do.
Older gen z and I remember sometime in my mid teens most chat apps started automatically converting emoticons into emojis. It bugged me to hell and back you either had to swap :) to =) or turn them back to front to avoid getting "emojified"
I think there's just people that trust Valve more than Linux in general.
SteamOS on the deck is extremely foolproof, and people who are otherwise scared of Linux seem to think SteamOS magically fixes every perceived issue with desktop Linux.
That's my best guess but I'm just some dude.
