I mean, both are problems.

Hey, some bots are cool. There are even whole instances devoted to bots, like botsin.space.

Spambots can go to hell though, along with their creators.

In the last couple of days, none of the comments I've made to kbin.social posts seem to be making their way over to that server. Are there any known issues with federating with them?

Must be doing something right.

I share a name with someone who is obscure enough to not come up in many conversations, but famous enough that he monopolizes the Google results for my name.

I quite enjoy the relative anonymity.

I'm increasingly glad I got the fuck out of there.

It's not a big fucking leap to say that the party making laws against teaching history and wearing certain articles of clothing want to control people and keep them ignorant. If you think it is, or think it's a "both sides" issue, you're part of the problem.

The thing about the golden middle is that it's a thought-killing fallacy. If you just assume people on both ends are equally nuts, you can just stake out the territory precisely in between them and never actually have to think about the merits or morals of any given policy position.

5 years of OS updates is more than you get from any other Android manufacturer. For everyone else in the space, you are lucky to get 3.

Honestly, just pick up any USB barcode scanner, open a spreadsheet up in Excel or Google Sheets, and go to town. It will go pretty quickly.

I mean, that's a fine destination anyway, given that it's the home of the Xavier School for the Gifted.

Yeah, it's something that's really grown in recent years, which is just awesome.

I was an Infinity user on Reddit before the APIcalypse. Trying this out now, and it looks great. Thanks!

One thing I've noticed is that it throws an error when trying to load the sidebar for a Kbin magazine. I'm not sure if you have full Kbin support on your road map, but that particular issue might be worth looking at for inter-operability's sake even before implementing Kbin completely.
