KDE, because it has all the features I need and also because I love theming and while QT apps can be themed pretty easily, GTK theming is somewhere between being absolutely horrible and non-existance.

If I recall correctly, some Chromium browsers will continue to support Manifest V2. For example, Brave and Vivaldi, if I'm not mistaken.

Caddy. Once you try Caddy there's no turning back to Nginx or Apache.
