AFP is independent by law. It can't be related to any ideology or government. It has mission of general interest with journalists all over the world and fact checkers.

Translate you, as suggested in another comment seem to be a good shot. It recognises the text from a picture, screenshot... and uses online translators. Too bad it can't be offline.

Quite good. Translators aren't great though. But it identifies the text from a screenshot and translate it. Too bad it doesn't work offline with downloaded languages.

It looks good but how do you use it to translate? You need to copy the text and use another translation app?
