IIRC didn't Tesla start building their network when there wasn't really a standard, and who was still going to win was up in the air? Seems like a good investment, but now that things have settled, creating your own network is really just a vanity project. Tesla opening up their network is smart, they were one of the two winners in North America, so opening up the network gives them a new revenue stream, and I'd be surprised if'n they don't find a way to leverage those chargers to drive sales.
I just think it's fair that they pay for their crime, although I would have no problems considering payment plans as paid from day one,. Where things get complicated in Florida, is that even if you pay for your crime, you don't get your right to vote back if'n you owe anything to the state, even if it's unrelated. Oh, and it's your problem to find it. Did I mention that it's a crime to claim you've settled everything if'n you have, even if you don't know about the debt? Yeah, now that's a lot of BS Throw in the fact that prisoners count in the census despite not being able to vote while incarcerated, and often not after. If they count they should be allowed to vote.
We were already leaning towards replacing it with WalMart+ before this announcement. It used to be worth it when it was cheaper and got you next day delivery, but those are gone. We have little use for it's various features, so we figure give W+ a try for a year, it's cheaper, and seems to cover our needs, though there's a good chance that'll be a one and done thing, since I don't think we'll find it worth it, but I don't see us going back to Prime.
I was surprised to see how right you are, at least in the more commercial side like the Transit Connect. Out here in STL you can't swing a dead cat without hitting 10 of them, and yet Ford only sold about 25K this year... Did STL buy them all? That said, I do think that skipping an entire market segment is not helping things, especially a very visible market, contractors. Whether they need a van or a pickup, large or small, there's a ton of contractors out there, people interact with them every day, and yet there's been no attempt to make a vehicle for them. The Brightdrop you mentioned is a step van, far larger than most contractors need, that's a fleet type vehicle. Ford Lightning is pricey, and it seems like GM is trying to top that with the upcoming Silverado EV, and as to vans, there's zero, VW is bringing one here, but they won't be bringing the cargo version in.
You're welcome. I do recommend looking up Sunset's Isekai, it crosses over with a lot of things, it's Stargate crossover being one of my favorites, it ends with the SG1 team using an Equestrian portal to escape back to Equestria, which turns them into ponies. O'Neill winds up being a pegasus, and when told they'll be changed back to human before they take the Stargate back to Earth, he looks at his wings, and asks the Princesses one question... 'Do these things work?' Some how I can easily see him doing that. T
That said, there's been a fair number of MLP stories that I've discovered because of it.
As to the MLP lore, they do good with it, but there are some surprises, but you might've guessed one of them already, which explains the rest.
Dunno, but I wouldn't be surprised.
I was thinking this m'self
Learned a few things here that I didn't know, I'd thought that NACS was derived from CCS for example
That's how it used to be until the capitalists realized there was money to be made
And they can have some good deals if'n you keep your eyes open, I got an Android tablet from them for $100 off at one point, which is impressive since it was a $275 tablet.
With the catalog of products they have to base it on, I have no doubts they can do it, but I do have doubts to reliability and Jeepness, it'll prolly just be another cheap electric crossover that could be mistaken for any other out there
