For now.

The fun thing about HOA’s is that they can change and are absolutely dynamic. You never know when Karen’s crew is going to come into power.

Love that you picked up on this from my comment and not the meme.

We’re all in a simulation

Is this a thing? Shit, I’m now going to be self conscious about using the em.

It’s a sad reality when people assume having an HOA is a given.

Feel bad for people subjected to it but I’d never purchase a property under the thumb of an HOA. Sucks how ubiquitous they have become.

Now you have a new feature required on your next one if you can’t already do it.

Turning off the sound of my microwave was an ability I was not aware I had. It’s so small of a thing but amazing.

lol, yeah I didn’t even notice.

Honestly think it’s time to purge my phones dictionary for saved words because for some reason it’s saved blatantly incorrectly spelled words and will sometimes auto correct to them… this was not the case but yeah, leaving it

My guess that if it was an actual cure with a handful of treatments only required, it will be either too expensive for even well off individuals or be made into a longer drawn out regime to eek out as much money as possible.

Even if it is some miracle breakthrough, most people wouldn’t see benefits of it for 20 years.

Why do so many people misspell brake?

[–] PagPag@lemmy.world 5 points 1 week ago

Definitely don’t buy them.

Flip the entire stack upside down and walk away.

Real question but when does a two lane street become a highway?

[–] PagPag@lemmy.world 3 points 1 week ago

That is not what I was suggesting. It was more like oh yeah, this happens all the time no worries…

Come to find out Hertz removes the OEM installed lock nuts on each vehicle, which was starting to me. I realize there are ways to around that quickly, but why remove a simple barrier like this?

The other thing I figured out is why all hotels don’t monitor their parking lots… That is what really pissed me off.
