Just be extra diligent in verifying the contents of any seed mix. Some of those mixes are full of invasive species.
The "14 years" part of the headline is particularly annoying. This thing that happens several times a year will happen the second time this month next week! It's like a headline about getting three paychecks in a month and how it won't happen again for six months. Technically true, but it's still a regular paycheck.
What has been your actual pay rate? $15-20/hr as an independent contractor is more like $10-14/hr after taxes. Are you concerned about the year end tax implications?

I personally like the early access model. You get the choice to play the game now, as-is, or wait for the developers to call it finished. Last Epoch is a great example. In its current state, it is absolutely not finished. It still gave me hundreds of hours of entertainment, though, and I expect I'll get hundreds more when I revisit it again when it's officially launched.

I strongly recommend Bully Tools for shovels and other garden tools. I bought the most heavy duty shovel home depot had on the shelf and broke it two hours into my project. The bully tools shovel handled the same work no problem. I have two shovels, a rake, and a hoe from them.

These are mutually exclusive. The best case scenario for popcorn ceiling is that it's a tedious pain to remove, and it only gets worse from there (painted, asbestos, etc.)

The applications of this type of product wouldn't care about any of that. If anything the improved macro nutrients (decreased calories and saturated fat) would be seen as an improvement. If this is truly a 1:1 replacement like the article is suggesting, it could be huge.
