@rikudou

yes, that's what i pointed to at the bottom with the Solution, sadly it's broken atm
i only can mention a magazine that's on another kbin based instance, while for me it also turns into a mention, they see it as a link, vice versa.
if i mention a magazine that's on the kbin instance where i am.. well it also turns into a short mention that doesn't link to anything "class="mention mention--unresolvable""

there let me show
!AskKbin <- kbin [!AskKbin@kbin.social](/c/AskKbin@kbin.social) (would work if i would be on fedia and others)
!Help <- fedia (kbin based) [!Help@fedia.io](/c/Help@fedia.io) (wouldn't work if i'm on fedia)

EDIT: nice, on lemmy it doesn't show a full link :)

@Ragnell

when i do reply it does the same with your name, while magazines also have the "@kbin.social tag"

so what i think /kbin does is (as you said same function), user first, magazine second.. that's why i also said "ofc if this is possible somehow.. i don't think what i do is intended for magazines" on the bottom :)

@Ragnell
well but it seems it is the case for the user "lain" that is on another instance :(

it is really weird.. like my example shows, it links to a user and not a magazine.

/kbin is new, so most magazines are empty af like your statistics already states <3
also some magazines are (kinda useless? i think..) since they also exist on other instances.. but i like local magazines a lot more anyways ๐Ÿ˜

but back to the quesion: linux, gamingonlinux, the most "weird" aesthetic magazines and also most creativity magazines about art and storywriting/self-written novels about all kind (i prefer dark mystic storys).

i think a good start would if i/we do begin to post to these magazines soon, atm i'm/we kinda just watch 'em (most of us?).

hello,
i do use

@ magazine @ kbin.social (does work),
while @m/magazine | m/magazine doesn't work.

but if a user with this @ exist in the fediverse, it does try to link to the user instead of the magazine?

here an example: @lain

another way would to be simply [link] but isn't there a easier way?

is there a post/site where things like this are clarified? didn't found one yet.

ofc if this is possible somehow.. i don't think what i do is intended for magazines

SOLUTION: https://kbin.social/m/Help/t/211339/how-do-i-tag-link-to-a-magazine-properly#entry-comment-884860 / https://codeberg.org/Kbin/kbin-core/issues/199 kinda broken atm)

this is how it should be dealt with!
thank you ๐Ÿงก

same for me, google filter sucks sometimes.. or those sites who had the answers is down ๐Ÿซ

i always search before askin' in a forum.. maybe i just didn't know how to search it? let it be because my native language doesn't have the answers on google?

so how am i supposed to know what i should search for as a non native english speaker on english? and a few more reasons ofc ๐Ÿ˜… (applies if u still learn english)

so it is quite disappointing if i get a answer and realize.. oh it is just a.. "google has the answer" answer.. well how about f u self? it's even better if u try to explain that u already did and how u did it.. and get another reply like, "uninstall your browser, the web isn't for you" or some type of shi*.. yes that's something that happened ๐Ÿค

is it that hard to take those few seconds you had to comment for and help me to answer the question if you seem to know "everything"???
