Saw it a couple weeks ago going west up 422 towards Reading. Looked like a used police crown vic with the black and white paint job with SCP logo on the door panels, big ass CB antennae on either side of the rear window. Anybody else seen it zooping around?

The fact that you can get around seemingly every FDA reg by just putting "this product not endorsed by the FDA" in tiny text in a corner of the packaging makes me wonder why we even have the FDA. If the laws were serious they'd make it so that you can not sell anything for human consumption that isn't approved.

How petty would it be to make a fork of it just to rename it to DINE?

I want to do this for my raspberry pis since they don't have an ACPI system in place. I think it would look really nice combined with XFCE and the chicago95 theme. So I would prefer it if it were showing it like the windows 95 shutdown screen, maybe using an image file? There's a lot of information on the shutdown process on linux but not much on the topic of altering it.

Nvidia spends the past few years aggressively refusing to cooperate with wayland because corporate brain worms and somehow it's wayland's fault.

You buy a Sony CD and decide to play it on your computer.

Your computer now has a rootkit installed.

That's nothing. I've heard of people getting the cops called on them because the cashier forgot to scan an item and they noticed after getting home and went back to pay for it.

Usually I'm not hopefull for newly released cards but this arch has already been out for almost a year so it should be a bit less dire, right?

[edit] So the results are in and the verdict is: still kind of unreliable with some people having a good time and some having a bad time. Awesome. I'll just wait a bit. Thanks for the comments everyone 👍
