For car distance I've seen 2-3 seconds start to be recommended, since people are not good at judging distance. So counting how long it takes to reach the same fixed point as the car ahead.

I'm confused. Are you saying people who are monogamous aren't allowed to be attracted to other people by your definition? Or are you saying why are people choosing to be monogamous over having multiple partners at the same time?

Even if that is the case I don't find myself caring enough to want to work in the office when going to work has such a huge impact on time and money wasted commuting, and plays such a huge role on where people can live. Its hard to care when it's such a drain on personal time and expenses.

Distance isn't the only factor. You need to consider if the place you are biking actually has proper bike lanes separate from cars to actually make it safe. I'd love to ride a motorcycle or bike, but I am not interested in risking my life with the drivers in my country.

And something you may realize is that in some countries being able to live close enough to even consider biking is for those who are in situation of financial privilege or sacrificing financially given the higher costs of rent and home ownership. Not all people live far away because they want to, but because they have to and keep getting pushed further and further out to find more affordable living conditions.

Their profile says they are 15. Maybe not really encountered the need for a reliable form of transportation. That is if they aren't privileged to be living in a country with amazing public transport that makes cars unneeded.

Yeah, in rural areas a reliable form of fast transportation is very important if the distance from a hospital is far. Being able to just do with an ebike or regular bike is more a luxury during times of health, but if an emergency happens you have to hope you or someone around you has an actual car.

Going to work is the difference between 15-20 minutes or 1 hour or longer with multiple bus changes.

Live in a place with shitty public transport and things being spread apart and unsafe drivers makes even bikes or motorcycles something I would not risk.

Aside from that benefit is in emergencies you can just leave right away without having to wait for someone to arrive at your destination, which I've had to do when I was taking care of a family member.

When you live in a place with crappy public transport no car means a loss of independence.

I think I know what you mean. I've hit a phase where time spent at work feels like wasted time, since it's not time I got to spend doing something I wanted to be doing. Which is really contrary to the usual philosophy that time not spent money is wasted.

I've switched jobs gone back to school etc, but no matter what once something becomes a mandatory routine that time feels like a waste. I'm starting to really value and cherish the seconds I actually have control over.

Don't have much technical background so was looking to pick up whatever options were on Amazon, and not keeping it indoors since aware that the company I choose could decide to spy on me. But, I don't really care for outside the house.

Question is if having these type of devices running on the same wifi network I'm using is safe for my other devices? And does running that device on the guest wifi help?

Check out realgm forums for sports. Was hard cutting off sports community on reddit, but realgm is active and been around for years.

Yes, being able to set different colors to show up depending on the app is so cool. Still an option in LineageOS with a section for Notification LED.

It doesn't illuminate the same though ☹️ . Have a new phone with no LED and an old OnePlus phone I use as a back up with a dedicated LED.

Stopped using google search. Started using duckduckgo, brave, startpage, or SearXNG instead. Been using SearXNG the most.
