It's in their culture section, I guess to them it's a way to talk about another country and its specificities? Also it's the English version of El Pais, so probably targeted at English speaking immigrants living in Spain

Hello everyone,

As far as I know, there is no generalist active Spanish speaking community on Lemmy (there were https://lemmy.ml/c/espanol and https://lemmy.world/c/espanol but they are pretty inactive), so I am trying to revive !esp@eslemmy.es.

The idea is just to talk about things in Spanish, I will create a daily thread to just have casual conversations.
