Toxic short assets? We don't talk about those to our investors. 🤫

That post was infuriating to read. I had to take the rest of the day off from reddit after that.

Holy moly! Holy frickin moly.

This was the reminder I needed.

I haven't been banned there yet, but seeing the river of butthurt pour from the Superstonk mods with their "brigading" bans of users for really no good reason, kind of just makes me not want to participate there.

They talk about people here not participating in good faith, yet they will ban anyone simply for mentioning the platforms name.

It really seems they're the ones not participating in good faith. 🤷

Lol. Amazing. I still have yet to make it to New York. 100% chance I stop by there and take a picture whenever I get around to going up.

if it were, Superstonk mods would embrace running their own Lemmy instance

That's an interesting thought. Thanks for sharing.

I definitely didn't realize that, thanks for setting me straight!

I wonder if there are any plans for the DRSBot to make an appearance on the Lemmy communities at some point in the future? Maybe that is a question for JonPro03, but I haven't heard anything from that guy in a long time. Not even sure if he is here.

Still, the constant stream of DRS reports on Superstonk was one of my favorite things about that subreddit, and I'd personally love to see it replicated in the PurpleCircle lemmy community.

Thanks for sharing this here. I struggled focusing to get through the written dollar endgame DD, so this was a much better medium for me personally. Peruvian Bull's YouTube definitely has my follow now!

There was a ton of really thought provoking material in this series. What happens when the "black hole" created by the Fed does finally collapse in on itself? It's honestly a scary question as it implies some very dramatic changes in a lot of ordinary people's day to day lives.

Honestly it seems like the only way to survive it will be to have non monetary assets which on their own have value to others. I guess that speaks to the DRS movement and actually owning your own shares.
