Actually, as great as Lewis writes and as acclaimed as his career is, he completely failed with SBF and fell for the con. He was so enamored with SBF he even told friends to "buy whatever Sam says" at one point. The case later releasing the slack chats contradict his book heavily and while it's common for Lewis to cast controversial subjects in a positive light (Wolf of Wall Street), this one was over the top and a bit of a disaster.
In fact, Behind the Bastards did a great 2 part podcast this month specifically on SBF and Lewis' embedding in his camp. It's fascinating.

I haven't played since pre-Epic but I also never got into wave dashing, even at the GC level. I rarely found my teammates using it or being bested because of it. Viable but overrated is where I landed on it.
Regarding the random air flips, I did find using that technique useful against opponents who excel at reading ball movement. I rarely needed it in team games, but sometimes in solo an odd hit that goes (relatively) in the direction I wanted is just enough to confuse them. Using it everytime though is just stunting.

Can we at least get a thorough recount to be sure this election wasn't tampered with? It's a dream scenario with 15% less voter turnout even for the right (more on the left). They'd call for one if Harris won, they got one last time.
