If you were vitamin deficient and took these a week before you got sick, they may have helped. However, the effect appears to be minimal once you are actually ill. That said, they probably won't hurt you. And if they taste good, then who cares? At least they're hydrating!

try zooming out more. I find that when zoomed in too far, all of it looks like colourful squares! ;)
