some of them do. clicking on bluetooth opens blueman, right clicking on the volume meter opens pavucontrol, wifi doesn't do anything other than report the active status and notifications open up swaync (as shown below)

android support is native with waydroid (and with the help of some scripts for better app compatibility)

although of course by the name of it, you need a wayland session (but its possible to run under x with weston)

there's some projects that exist that try their best to hide root from specified apps to make them seem as if they aren't running in a rooted environment of course, they can't completely hide all traces but most of the time they're usually actively updated to make most apps seem as if they really aren't running in a rooted environment
